What the calculator shows
Your big three up top; a wheel with signs, house cusps and planet glyphs; a placements table (sign, degree, house, retrograde); the aspects within orb, colour-coded easy/hard; element and modality counts; and, in the key facts, your Vedic (sidereal) Moon, Sun and lagna with the ayanamsa — the one number that explains every difference between the two charts.
Western and Vedic, side by side
Both place the same planets in the same sky. Western astrology measures from the equinox (tropical) and reads psychology, aspects and transits; Vedic measures from the stars (sidereal) and reads houses from the Moon and lagna, nakshatras and dashas. Neither is wrong inside its own system; mixing them is the only error. If you have read your Western chart for years and want the Vedic view, the free kundli is the same moment, sidereal.
Synastry

- VSOP87/ELP tropical longitudes (the kundli's sidereal positions plus the Lahiri ayanamsa); mean node.
- Houses
- Placidus from local sidereal time and latitude; ascendant and MC from the same.
- Aspects
- Conjunction 8°, opposition 8°, trine 7°, square 7°, sextile 5° orbs (+1° for luminaries).
- Synastry score
- Harmonious aspects +3, conjunctions +2, hard −2, doubled between personal points; clamped 5–98 — a summary, not a verdict.
