These terms govern your use of kundaligpt.ai (Kundali GPT). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we provide

We provide a free online tool that calculates a Vedic birth chart (the nine grahas, the ascendant, whole-sign houses, Vimshottari dasha periods and dosha checks), a set of free astrology and numerology calculators, an AI chat that answers questions about the computed chart, and explanatory articles about the practice.

2. The nature of the results

Vedic astrology, including kundli matching, dosha analysis, numerology and the other traditions covered here, is a traditional practice rooted in belief. Results shown here are produced by software applying classical rules, and are provided for general interest and guidance. They are not professional advice of any kind (not medical, psychological, financial, legal or relationship advice) and no scientific claim is made for them.

You should not make any significant decision, including any decision about a marriage, a relationship, your health or your finances, on the basis of a result from this site. Where such a decision matters to you, consult a qualified professional or a practising astrologer in your own tradition.

3. Accuracy

We take accuracy seriously and describe our method and the checks it passes on the accuracy page. Even so, we make no warranty that results are free from error. Astrological traditions differ in their tables and conventions (ayanamsa, house system, node), and a result that is correct under one system may differ under another. Results also depend entirely on the accuracy of the details you enter, above all the birth time.

3a. The AI chat

Chat responses are generated by an AI language model reading your computed chart. They may be incomplete or wrong, and should be treated as interpretation rather than fact. The AI will not predict death and will decline medical, legal, financial and psychiatric questions; do not attempt to work around those limits.

Free use is capped per day so the service stays available to everyone: currently 3 questions a day without an account and 10 a day signed in. We may change these numbers. Do not attempt to evade the limit through automation, proxies, multiple accounts or repeated requests.

No affiliation with OpenAI. Despite the site name, we are not associated with or endorsed by OpenAI or ChatGPT. “GPT” is used here in its general sense. The chart is computed by our own code; a third-party language model, reached through an API gateway, only interprets it, and the provider may change without notice. We are also not kundligpt.com or any similarly named site.

3b. Accounts

Signing in is optional and only raises the daily question limit. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think it has been compromised. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, and we may close accounts used to abuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms, harasses or defrauds anyone.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, republish or resell the site's content or results without our written permission.
• Do not enter another person's birth details unless you are entitled to do so.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, code and other original material on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. The underlying astrological system is classical and belongs to no one. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Privacy

Birth details entered into the kundli form and the calculators are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to us. The AI chat is the exception: it sends your birth details and question to our server to compute the reply, and nothing is stored afterwards. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

7. Availability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Third-party links

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of websites we link to.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
